We are very lucky to work with a Civil Engineer who has over 20 years of experience within the public sector. Richard Barrass is a conscientious person who has a sensitive and flexible approach to all his clients. He is quite happy to either use his own initiative from a short brief or follow client guidelines to the letter, or even a combination of the two.

He has extensive experience working within budget constraints whilst still ensuring a quality outcome. He will work all clients to ensure he provides cost-effective civil engineering solutions that can be turned around quickly and efficiently.
